Privacy Policy
This site exists to show work and take enquiries. That is the only reason it collects anything, and this page says exactly what.
Who we are
Realistic3D is an architectural visualisation studio. We are the data controller for anything you send through this website, and you can reach us at info@realistic3d.co about any of it.
We work from two addresses: 15 Bellevue Place, Southend On Sea SS1 2RA, United Kingdom; and 100 Elizabeth St, Melbourne VIC 3004, Australia.
What we collect, and only when you send it
There is no account to create here and nothing to sign up for. The only personal information this site collects is what you type into one of its enquiry forms, and every field except your email address is optional:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your company
- The service you are asking about, and any reference or link you paste in
- Your message or brief
- Which page you sent the form from
Two more values travel with the form and neither is about you: a hidden field that should stay empty, and how long the form took to fill in. Both exist to catch bots, and both are discarded once that check passes.
What happens to it
An enquiry is stored as a private record in our own content system and emailed to us once so we can reply. That is the whole journey. It is not added to a marketing list, not sold, not shared with anyone outside the studio, and not used to build a profile of you.
Your IP address is briefly used to rate-limit the form so it cannot be flooded, and it is hashed for that purpose rather than written to the enquiry record. We do not keep it.
We hold enquiries while we are in touch about your project, and afterwards as a record of work we were asked to quote for. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. Email info@realistic3d.co and we will answer. You do not need to give a reason and it costs nothing.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle that, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this page
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. There is no archive of previous versions; if you need to know what it said on a particular day, ask us.
