## 1. Conformance target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor and cognitive impairments. Our work is also informed by the European standard EN 301 549 and, where applicable, the accessibility expectations of the UK Equality Act 2010, the European Accessibility Act, and the Australian Disability Discrimination Act 1992.

## 2. Current status

We assess the Site against WCAG 2.1 Level AA on an ongoing basis. As issues are identified, through automated tools and manual review, we prioritise and address them. This statement reflects an honest, current view rather than a claim of full compliance: some areas may not yet fully conform while we continue this work.

## 3. Measures we take

- Considering accessibility as part of how we build and update pages.

- Using semantic structure, descriptive link text, and alternative text for meaningful images.

- Aiming for sufficient colour contrast and keyboard operability.

- Reviewing new content and components for accessibility barriers.

## 4. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the Site may not yet be fully accessible. Known categories of limitation can include:

- Third-party embedded content or widgets (for example maps, video players, or social media feeds) that we do not fully control.

- Complex interactive or 3D/visual content and galleries that are still being reviewed for accessible alternatives.

- Older content published before our current accessibility practices were adopted.

If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us using the details below.

## 5. Feedback and requesting an accessible format

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Site. If you experience any barrier, or if you need information from the Site in an alternative accessible format (for example, a document sent by email), please contact us:

- Email: info@realistic3d.co.uk

- Post (UK): Realistic 3D Ltd, 15 Bellevue Place, Southend-on-Sea, SS1 2RA, United Kingdom

We try to respond to accessibility feedback as quickly as possible and will work with you to provide the information or service you need through an accessible method.

## 6. Enforcement

If you contact us with a complaint about accessibility and are not satisfied with our response, you may be able to raise the matter with the relevant body in your country: for example, in the UK the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS), or in Australia the Australian Human Rights Commission.

## 7. Changes to this statement

We will review and update this Accessibility Statement as the Site and our practices evolve. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last revised.
